Consur Desarrollos, a company with 15 years of experience in real estate projects, is looking for talent — join our team as COMMERCIAL COORDINATOR Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, International Trade, Marketing, or related field. • Emotional Intelligence. • Adherence to Guidelines. • Results Orientation. • Commercial Thinking. • Affective Communication. • Leadership – Personnel Development. • Decision Making. • Problem Solving. • Experience in the real estate industry (preferred) Responsibilities: - Propose sales strategies jointly with the General and Operations Director. - Send price lists and unit availability information. - Coordinate the sales team and its various activities. - Monitor the updating of the historical customer database. - Analyze the database to plan customer-oriented strategies. - Provide construction progress updates to clients via email. - Analyze and report on the results of implemented sales strategies. - Identify areas for departmental improvement. - During project completion, coordinate with the Title Department for follow-up and client contact. - Coordinate the personnel team and collaborate closely with Management and Commercial Intelligence.
