




Job Summary: We are seeking an Architect with workshop blacksmithing experience to execute AutoCAD 2D projects, supervise personnel, and manage materials and deliveries. Key Highlights: 1. Desirable experience in blacksmithing, carpentry, aluminum work, or construction. 2. End-to-end project management: design, materials, production, and delivery. 3. Supervision and optimization of workshop processes and finishing. An Architect is required to work in a blacksmithing workshop, preferably with prior experience in blacksmithing, carpentry, aluminum, or general construction workshops. A valid driver's license is preferred. "ACTIVITIES" Project Estimates: Prepare project estimates in AutoCAD 2D on time and according to specifications for dimensions and materials; include cutting proposals that enhance the aesthetic appearance of fabricated elements. Laser Cutting Equipment: Program and cut steel plates, optimizing material usage and minimizing waste. Material Lists for Quotations: Specify to sales staff the materials required for a given project. Site Measurements: Visit project sites to take fabrication measurements using the official measurement form; request additional information from sales staff as needed to complete the form. Material Quantification: For each project, specify all required materials for procurement—including blacksmithing materials, locks, door handles, pull handles, polycarbonate, specialty primers, and all other components necessary for correct and complete project installation. Task Assignment (after completion of each project): Assign tasks to personnel based on individual skills and work areas. It is essential to progressively understand each team member’s capabilities to ensure appropriate task allocation. Daily Progress Supervision: Periodically visit the workshop area to verify that blacksmiths are fabricating according to instructions and assigned timelines; randomly verify measurements and confirm alignment with approved estimates. Daily Supervision of Finishing (by blacksmiths, detailers, and painters): Ensure fine finishing—no patching—with clean, well-defined lines for detailing, filling, and painting. Installation Supervision (per delivery): Follow established delivery procedures and remind installers accordingly. Weekly Delivery Scheduling (Friday afternoon or Saturday morning) Material Ordering for Upcoming Work (Tuesdays and Thursdays). Organize project files in the working folder, including the measurement form, approved estimates, and fabrication estimates. Maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
