Participate in strategic meetings and growth planning **OPERATIONS MANAGER** A surveying-sector company is seeking an Operations Manager with a technical and operational focus, responsible for comprehensive crew management, project control, and operational profitability. Job Objective Manage field operations to ensure control, efficiency, profitability, and proper execution of surveying services through appropriate administration of crews, clients, and operational tracking. Requirements * Civil Engineering degree * 2–4 years of experience in technical operations or supervision * Experience coordinating technical personnel * AutoCAD * Basic knowledge of surveying * Willingness to travel occasionally Responsibilities * Daily planning and crew assignment * Technical supervision on-site * Project time and margin control * Client negotiation and discount authorization * Drone scheduling and post-processing tracking * Coordination of technical drawings * Adjustment of operational bonuses * Participation in strategic meetings We Offer * Monthly net base salary * Profit-sharing bonus * Statutory benefits * Savings fund * Two annual trainings * Growth path toward Operations Director * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $16,000.00 – $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings account Work Location: On-site employment
