Administrative and operational processes. Report generation. Resolution of customer inquiries. Digitized images (electronic file). Knowledge of programming and databases, UNIX / Linux / Windows, and ITIL. **Responsibilities** Analyze and resolve disputes in accordance with established operational regulations for interchange with issuing and/or acquiring banks, and enter transactions into the system for inclusion in the interchange process. Ensure compliance with operational agreements governing the process. Identify and propose opportunities for process improvement and efficiency. Identify and report risk situations affecting customers. Ensure adherence to service level agreements.
