OPERATIONS MANAGER AND ROUTE ASSIGNMENT Objective: Ensure optimal functionality, operational efficiency, and safety at company facilities and among assigned personnel through planning, execution, and supervision of work teams and maintenance plans. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, or related field. "Degree holder" (mandatory) Work Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar position. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Valid driver’s license. Familiarity with work tools. Teamwork, results-oriented mindset, leadership. Main Responsibilities: Management of operational staff. Coordination and supervision of daily operations for assigned personnel. Assignment of work routes. Negotiation and interaction with suppliers and internal company departments. Inventory management.
