At **MIDSTORAGE**, we seek an Assistant Architect who provides technical, creative, and administrative support to the Projects Department, participating in the design, development, and management of procedures required for commercial space adaptation and opening. **Main Responsibilities** * Preparation, review, and modification of architectural drawings (floor plans, sections, elevations, and details). * Support in the design and adaptation of commercial premises. * Compilation of documentation files and tracking of government procedures (licenses, land use permits, civil protection approvals, operating permits). * Organization of technical documentation and preparation of progress reports. * Basic review of municipal regulations applicable to projects and construction works. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (internship candidate or graduate). * 1–2 years of experience in design, construction, or commercial adaptations. * Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory). * Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or similar software (preferred). * Solid Office skills (Excel and Word) for report preparation, tracking procedure status, and drafting official correspondence. * Availability to combine office-based work with visits to government offices or construction sites. **Key Competencies** * High level of organization and attention to detail. * Proactivity and consistent follow-up on procedural matters. * Assertive communication with suppliers, government agencies, and internal teams. * Adaptability to alternate between creative and administrative tasks. * Responsibility and results-oriented mindset. **We Offer** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Statutory benefits. * Professional development and participation in commercial projects.
