Receives certified training in the operations of assigned areas, either Fiber Optics or Electromechanical. Operational skills training (On the Job Training) is also scheduled when required experience is lacking, and upon certification, a workstation will be assigned. Performs all necessary administrative tasks related to job functions. **RESPONSIBILITIES** Reviews materials for the model to be produced. Keeps work area clean and organized. Completes production reports. Uses appropriate tools for the operation. Performs operations according to established work instructions. Complies with established safety rules. Follows internal work regulations. Inspects quality checkpoints in their operation. Communicates defects to their team when detected. Executes operations based on authorized procedures, methods, and work instructions. Suggests improvements in manufacturing processes. May participate in additional activities such as safety brigades, joint safety committees, cafeteria review committees, etc., as plant needs require. This position/function is responsible for understanding and following the requirements of the Safety, Health, and Environmental Management System, its Policy, and applicable standards and procedures. **EDUCATION** Completed primary education and/or incomplete secondary education **REQUIRED SKILLS** Good manufacturing practices.
