If you love challenges, want to experience unrestricted development opportunities, and desire meaningful recognition, then you have come to the right place with Lear. **Position Title:** Labor Relations Supervisor **Location:** Meoqui (Chih., Mexico) – On-site ***Growth and development opportunity!*** We are offering an excellent employment opportunity to work as a **Labor Relations Supervisor**, based at the Meoqui Plant (Chih, MEX). **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:** * Supervise and follow up on Human Resources initiatives. * Manage legal aspects related to labor matters. * Maintain good relations with union representatives. * Handle procedures with various government agencies. * Supervise compliance with direct and indirect salary mix policies (Promotions Committee). * Comply with Human Resources Compliance Guidelines. * Implement training and development programs for personnel under supervision. * Comply and enforce plant safety rules, legal and regulatory requirements, as well as ISO\-14001, IATF 16949 standards, and specific customer requirements. **TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:** * Completed bachelor's degree * Minimum of 1\-2 years of experience in a similar position * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law * Experience handling labor cases * Knowledge of NOM\-035 * Strong communication and problem-solving skills \#LI\-DNI
