Your primary responsibilities will include: * Installing and configuring authorized hardware and software. * Addressing technical incidents and providing guidance to users of information technologies, ensuring appropriate support is delivered. * Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and/or systems. * Monitoring the status of computer equipment and installed applications. * Evaluating and preparing reports on the status of the institution’s equipment and systems, as well as tracking requests and requirements. * Implementing and configuring institutional applications at branches and administrative offices. * Guiding and supporting users in data backup and recovery, as well as assisting with electrical installations and ensuring proper operation of computer equipment. * Supporting the installation of temporary cabling during branch renovations, and ensuring premises and equipment are properly prepared. * Supporting the installation and reconfiguration of automated teller machines (ATMs), dispensers, and multifunction devices at branches and other locations. * Performing preventive, corrective maintenance or replacement of all Telecommunications and Juniper equipment to ensure proper functionality. What do you need to apply? Completed Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field. * Knowledge of Windows versions, hardware maintenance, software, and telecommunications. * Willingness to travel * Flexible working hours * Standard driving license Why work at Caja Popular Mexicana?
