




OBJECTIVE Coordinate, manage, and develop the organization’s technological infrastructure, ensuring **operational continuity**, **efficient user support**, **system development and improvement**, as well as **digitalization of key processes**, aligning technology with the business’s strategic objectives. Coordinate technical support for office users. Manage technological infrastructure: equipment, networks, access, backups, and cybersecurity. Supervise the proper functioning of ERP systems, operational software, and digital platforms. Manage IT incidents, preventive and corrective maintenance. **Essential Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support, systems, or IT development. Knowledge of Level 1 and Level 2 technical support (hardware, software, and networks). ERP administration (ODOO preferred). Position Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $17,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
