**Job Objective**
Ensure the accurate execution of topographic work on site—including surveys, layout, and level control—to guarantee that housing and project construction complies with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable regulations.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Conduct initial topographic land surveys (contour lines, slopes, boundary demarcations, etc.).
* Perform layout of centerlines, platforms, foundations, and structures according to architectural and structural drawings.
* Verify elevations, levels, and alignments at each construction stage.
* Prepare topographic drawings, field sketches, and field reports for supervision and archiving.
* Collaborate with site supervisors and engineers in plan interpretation and deviation resolution.
* Supervise correct positioning of housing units, roads, sidewalks, hydraulic networks, electrical systems, and sanitary infrastructure.
* Manage and maintain topographic instruments (total station, leveling instrument, GPS, survey-grade drone if applicable).
* Maintain topographic logs documenting progress and field adjustments.
* Support preparation of cost estimates and construction control reports.
* Ensure compliance with municipal regulations and urban development authority requirements.
**Position Profile**
**Education:** Technician or Engineer in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or related field.
**Experience:** 2–5 years conducting topographic surveys and layout work on urban development or mass/residential housing projects.
**Technical Knowledge:**
* Operation of total stations, automatic levels, and GPS equipment.
* Proficiency in topographic and drafting software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Opus, Helios, etc.).
* Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and urban planning drawings.
* Knowledge of regulations governing residential construction and subdivisions.

**Job Conditions**
* **Working Hours:** Full-time, Monday to Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, and Saturdays 8:00 AM–12:00 PM.
