CNC Programmer

Description

Job Summary: Develop and execute machining programs, operate CNC and conventional machines, and inspect products to ensure quality. Key Highlights: 1. CNC machine programming and operation for part manufacturing. 2. Use of software such as HSM WORKS, FUSION 360, and FEATURE CAM. 3. Production supervision and inspection for continuous improvement. · Develop programs in various languages to ensure correct part manufacturing HSM WORKS , FUSION 360, FEATURE CAM · Set up and operate CNC and conventional machines to perform tasks such as drilling, polishing, and milling (4- and 5-axis) · Understand task specifications and desired outcomes by reading mechanical drawings and diagrams. · Prepare and load raw materials and components into machines. · Handling of steels and plastics · Monitor machines during operation and make necessary adjustments to achieve better results · Inspect and measure finished products and compare them against requirements to determine whether the process has been completed properly · Use of grinders, cutters, saws, etc. · Use of measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures. · Knowledge of and involvement in continuous improvement program development Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
