Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Developer with experience in .NET, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot for enterprise application development and modernization, with emphasis on security and modern architecture. Focus on application security and modern architecture Recruiter: Rodolfo Ponce Position: .NET Developer Location: CDMX (Felix Cuevas) Industry: Insurance Sector Years of Experience: 5 \- 8 Work Modality: Hybrid Working Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM (Monday to Friday) English Level: Intermediate \- Advanced Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field Your Responsibilities: Senior Developer with over 5 years of experience in developing, maintaining, and modernizing enterprise applications using the .NET ecosystem and SQL databases. Backend specialist with Spring Framework / Spring Boot, RESTful service development, and solid understanding of modern architectural patterns. Extensive experience in migrating legacy code across major Java versions, dependency management, performance optimization, and code quality assurance. On the frontend, proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6\+). Complements technical profile with a focus on application security, modern authentication and authorization using OAuth 2\.0, JWT (JSON Web Tokens), access token handling, and security scheme configuration in corporate environments using Spring Security. Requirements and Technical Skills .NET application development, SQL databases Microservices and REST APIs with Spring Boot. Build and automation using Maven and Ant. Version control (Git), continuous integration and delivery (Jenkins, GitLab CI). Deployments on JBoss/WildFly and WebSphere Application Server (WAS). Frontend development with Angular or React (SPA). Implementation of authentication using OAuth2, JWT, and Spring Security. Session management, role-based access control (RBAC). Practical knowledge of common vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10\). Connection and management of relational and NoSQL databases. Additional Desired Knowledge: Basic administration of application servers (JBoss and WAS). Containerization with Docker, orchestration with Kubernetes (basic level). Use of Postman for security testing and authentication flow validation. Experience in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP preferred). Suggested Certifications: Oracle Certified Professional: Java SE 11/17 Developer. Spring Professional Certification (VMware). Web Application Security Certification (e.g., OWASP or similar). OAuth2/OpenID Connect Certification (Okta, Auth0, etc.). Skills: Ability to work under pressure, commitment to quality, and results-oriented mindset.
