Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Supervisor to coordinate personnel, ensure compliance with programs and standards, monitor KPIs, and guarantee safety. Key Highlights: 1. Team leadership and identification of deviations for corrective actions. **We Are Seeking a Production Supervisor** **Key Responsibilities** Supervise and coordinate operational personnel on shift. Ensure compliance with daily and weekly production schedules. Verify adherence to established quality standards and procedures. Monitor productivity, efficiency, and waste indicators. Guarantee compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse departments to ensure operational continuity. Identify deviations and implement corrective actions. Train and evaluate assigned personnel. Prepare production and shift performance reports. **Required Profile** Industrial, Textile, Chemical Engineering or related field. Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a supervisor in a manufacturing plant. Knowledge of production process control. Experience managing KPIs. Experience leading operational teams. Desirable knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO).
