**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Make outbound calls to customers who visited the service department or purchased vehicles, in order to measure the Sales Satisfaction Index and Customer Satisfaction Index.
* Record prospect information from those who visited the dealership, to update and enrich its database.
* Make outbound calls to previous vehicle buyers to promote new model launches or new units.
* Record dissatisfied customers and route their phone calls or messages to Sales Managers for prompt attention.
* Send letters to prospects and customers (e.g., invitations, promotional campaigns, discounts, new units, purchase thank-you notes, birthday greetings, insurance expirations, upcoming service reminders, and follow-ups), to increase service uptake and customer loyalty.
