Facilitate training workshops on Agile and Lean methodologies. Implement continuous improvement strategies within work teams. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the value chain. Collaborate with departments to align objectives and practices. Develop training materials and resources for the team. Provide ongoing feedback to teams regarding their performance. Promote a culture of improvement and learning within the organization. Coordinate cross-departmental efforts to optimize workflow. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Administration; recent graduates or degree holders. 4–5 years of experience implementing improvement strategies.
