We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented PAYROLL ANALYST to join our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely preparation and processing of our company’s payroll. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration (intern or graduate) Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position ERP experience preferred Intermediate Excel skills Flexible working hours (Monday to Saturday schedule) Responsibilities: Personnel incident management Support in the management and administration of calculation and issuance of termination settlements Review of corresponding deductions and earnings Generation of stamped termination settlement documents Calculation of termination settlements Validation of employee separation information General support within the payroll department Handling branch-related inquiry tickets Control and filing of personnel files and supporting documentation We Offer: * Gross monthly salary: $14,061 * Monthly food vouchers: $1,823 * Weekly payment * Statutory benefits * 30-day bonus (aguinaldo) * Direct employment contract with the company * Savings fund: 5% (after three months) Interested candidates should apply through this channel and attach an updated PDF CV
