Responsibilities: Handle incoming customer calls regarding technical issues with their television, internet, or telephony services. Remotely diagnose basic faults, guiding the customer step-by-step (e.g., modem reset, cable inspections, router configurations, etc.). Escalate cases requiring specialized follow-up. Requirements: Completed high school diploma (verifiable). Technical support experience (call center experience not required). Knowledge of commands: DNS, IP, CMD, PING, TRACERT, and ROUTER. Basic knowledge of networks, computer equipment, and the internet. Age: 18–45 years.
