Job Summary: We are seeking an Implementation Engineering Lead to oversee a team, design solution architectures, coordinate integrations, and automate deployments for customers and partners. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and supervise implementation teams with a focus on technical quality. 2. Design high-level and low-level architectures and integrate complex solutions. 3. Drive automation and ensure operational efficiency of solutions. **Implementation Engineering Lead** **What You'll Do** * Lead and supervise the implementation team, ensuring high-quality technical deliveries for customers and partners. * Design high-level and low-level architectures, coordinating final solution integration. * Plan, prepare, and configure laboratory, testing, and production environments. * Supervise installation and configuration of cloud-native solutions with Kubernetes. * Drive automation in deployment and support processes. * Maintain and update existing implementations, ensuring stability and operational efficiency. * Coordinate customer requests and communicate strategic information to executive leadership. Requirements * Proven experience in technical leadership or systems engineering. * Proficiency in Linux (configuration, administration, and operation). * Advanced knowledge of networking (routing, switching, firewalls). * Experience in telecommunications (4G, 5G, IMS). * Practical Kubernetes administration experience. * Debugging and tracing skills (Wireshark). * Advanced English proficiency. Desirable * Knowledge of virtualization and cloud computing. * Signaling protocols (SIP, Diameter). * Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
