Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring forklift operation by coordinating and supervising a technical team to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance and meet quality standards. Diagnosis and repair of complex equipment Forklift Technical Coordinator Responsible for ensuring proper forklift operation at sites and on routes, coordinating and supervising the After-Sales technical team’s operations to guarantee timely and compliant preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as adherence to the company’s required quality standards. **Requirements:** * Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Industrial Engineering degree, or related technical field preferred. * Minimum 5 years of experience in forklift maintenance. * Experience leading multi-unit technical teams. * Experience in diagnosing and repairing complex electrical and combustion equipment. Responsibilities: \* Plan, coordinate, and schedule preventive services at customer sites. \* Track corrective maintenance reports. \* Manage spare parts requests through to installation. \* Supervise technical inspections of equipment prior to delivery. \* Coordinate and supervise the technical team, ensuring full coverage. \* Coordinate training and professional development for the team. \* Administrative control and performance reporting. \* Support diagnosis of complex technical failures. \* Provide technical advisory support. \* Ensure high-quality customer service. **We Offer:** Salary from $20000 to $30000 net monthly Social security Vacation days Year-end bonus **Location:** Tultitlan Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $30,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Cafeteria service * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
