Promote software engineering practices based on agile frameworks **Job Description** We are looking for an **C\+\+ Developer** with architectural vision, proactive attitude, and results-oriented mindset. Your primary objective will be to design, develop, and implement modern microservices and software integrations, collaborating closely with various systems teams to accelerate the organization’s technological transformation and ensure delivery of high-quality, end-consumer-focused products. **Location:** On-site, Tlalpan, CDMX **Education:** Engineering or Bachelor’s degree in Software or related field (graduated). **Responsibilities (Teamwork and Collaboration)** * **Cross-Departmental Support:** Actively collaborate with various systems teams in defining, designing, and developing services across multiple architectural layers to ensure alignment with business strategic objectives. * **Consumer-Centric Focus:** Contribute technical and design expertise to create software products directly aimed at improving user/consumer experience. * **Technological Transformation:** Serve as an active agent in the technical evolution and modernization of internal development tools and practices. * **Engineering Governance:** Promote and standardize the adoption process of software engineering practices based on iterative and incremental development frameworks. **Key Responsibilities (Individual Core Activities)** * **Technical Analysis:** Comprehensively evaluate business area requirements and functionalities to translate them into precise software specifications. * **Core Development:** Design, code, and implement efficient, highly available services built with C\+\+. * **Quality Assurance:** Design and execute automation of unit and integration tests for each developed software component. * **Technical Documentation:** Generate and maintain up-to-date technical documentation for all modules according to current enterprise software architecture guidelines and regulations. **Requirements and Work Experience** * **C\+\+ Development:** Proven experience of **1 to 3 years**. * **Microservices Development:** Experience of **1 to 3 years** under this architecture. * **REST Services:** Minimum experience of **up to 1 year** in developing or consuming REST APIs. * **Rancher / Container Technology:** Practical knowledge of **up to 1 year** in orchestrated environments. * **System Maintenance:** Experience of **up to 1 year** providing support, refactoring, or corrective/preventive maintenance to systems. **Required Technical Knowledge and Tools** * **Advanced/Intermediate:** * Microservices in C\+\+ * Building efficient APIs from scratch. * Development-level handling and administration of operating systems (**Windows and Linux**). * **Basic / Desirable:** * General development and consumption of external APIs. * Container orchestration platforms (**Rancher** / Docker). * Task tracking and agile methodologies using **Jira**. * Querying and manipulation of relational databases (**SQL**). **What We Offer:** * **Real Impact:** Direct participation in high-impact projects. * **Growth:** A dynamic environment for learning new libraries. * **Compensation:** Statutory benefits and above-market compensation. * **Location:** On-site work in Tlalpan, CDMX.
