




**RECEPTIONIST** **Position Objective:** Provide **courteous, professional, and efficient service** to guests and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and stay experience aligned with the **hospitality standards of Casa Huamantla**, as well as supporting administrative and operational processes in the front desk area. **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Receive, guide, and assist guests and visitors respectfully and professionally. * Carry out **check-in and check-out procedures** in accordance with established protocols. * Manage reservations, confirmations, modifications, and cancellations. * Answer telephone calls, messages, and information requests. * Record and update information in internal systems. * Coordinate with hospitality, housekeeping, and maintenance departments to ensure proper operations. * Follow up on guest requests, comments, or incidents. * Handle documentation, logs, and departmental reports. * Comply with confidentiality, image, and customer service guidelines. **Position Requirements:** * Previous experience in front desk, customer service, or hospitality (hotel experience preferred). * Verbal and written communication skills. * Service-oriented attitude and customer focus. * Organization, responsibility, and ability to appropriately resolve situations. * Basic proficiency with digital tools (email, reservation systems, basic office software). * Flexible availability. **Key Competencies:** * Friendly and professional demeanor * Attention to detail * Teamwork * Ability to handle pressure * Confidentiality and ethics **General Conditions:** * Work schedule aligned with hotel operations. * Initial and ongoing training. * Professional and respectful work environment.
