JUNIOR SCRUM Requirements: Education: Engineering or bachelor’s degree in IT, Administration, or related field; recent graduates (degree holders) are welcome. Minimum 6 months of experience working as a Scrum Master or Project Manager. Intermediate English (desirable) Scrum Fundamentals Certification Knowledge and Tools: • Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) • Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) • Familiarity with traditional project management methodologies • Agile project management tools • Microsoft Office (intermediate level) • Tracking and control of assigned projects • Creation and management of events and communications • Risk/impediment handling and management • Team training • Development of event materials and documentation • Creation of processes, templates, and activity records • Verbal fluency and teamwork • Critical analysis and problem-solving • Proactivity and adaptability Responsibilities: • Project tracking for assigned projects • Creation and management of events • Creation of communications • Handling, communication, and management of risks/impediments during the project • Training • Development of event materials • Template management • Process creation and area documentation • Monitoring and updating of contingencies within their teams • Recording of performed activities We Offer: Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Salary: $12,000 to $15,000 net (junior) English classes starting from the 3rd month Continuous training Professional career plan Statutory benefits Hybrid work model (2–3 days per week in the office initially; subsequently 95% remote based on performance) . -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor’s degree 1 year of experience Keywords: junior, engineering, engineering
