Your main responsibilities will be: * Providing technical support services to branches, plazas, regional offices, and ODGs, in accordance with established service levels and standards. * Installing and configuring previously authorized hardware and software at plazas, branches, regional offices, and ODGs, as well as maintaining optimal functionality of the technological platform to ensure uninterrupted service to members. * Handling incidents and advising users of information technologies, ensuring appropriate support is delivered to guarantee optimal operation of institutional equipment and applications. * Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and/or systems (computers, servers, peripherals, printers, systems, applications, etc.). * Monitoring the status of computing equipment and installed applications, ensuring compliance with internal regulations to maintain proper equipment functionality and prevent risks of damage or data loss. * Assisting in the installation and reconfiguration of ATMs (ATMs, dispensers, and multifunction devices) at branches and other locations. What do you need to apply? * Completed bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Systems Engineering. * 2–3 years of experience with Windows versions, hardware maintenance, software, and telecommunications. * Experience in ATM maintenance and support. * Willingness to travel.
