A leading company in the label printing industry is seeking: Production Supervisor Mandatory experience: Knowledge of production workflows; must have experience managing operational staff, familiarity with quality and safety regulations, experience with time-and-motion studies, production lines, and basic knowledge of equipment maintenance. Preferably familiar with self-adhesive materials, flexographic printing on machinery—including Nilpeter, Mark Andy, and KOPAC. We seek a proactive individual with leadership qualities, strong conflict-resolution skills, results-oriented mindset, and quick response capability. Must instill dynamism and confidence. Functions and responsibilities: · Management of assigned personnel · Promote order and cleanliness in the work area · Enforce discipline and punctuality among staff, as well as disseminate values of quality, respect, discipline, responsibility, and teamwork to plant personnel. · Ensure proper functioning of machinery and work equipment · Evaluate performance of assigned personnel · Execute production programs · Continuously verify compliance with product specifications throughout the production process.
