




Job Summary: Record the weight of processed shrimp, capture information in the internal system, and ensure performance control and product receipt. Key Responsibilities: 1. Accurate recording of product weight and internal information control. 2. Generation of production and performance reports. 3. Control and archiving of weighing documents. Accurately and promptly record the weight of shrimp processed by production staff, and capture and control information in the internal system for correct payroll calculation, performance control, and product receipt. Main Functions and Responsibilities * Record the weight of cleaned product for each worker or production group. * Enter production information into the company's internal system. * Receive products from suppliers or vessels. * Verify that physical weight matches corresponding documentation. * Generate daily production and performance reports. * Provide information to the payroll department for employee payment. * Identify and report discrepancies or inconsistencies in weights and records. * Control and archive weighing tickets, forms, and documents. * Ensure proper use and functioning of scales and measuring equipment. * Maintain order and confidentiality of generated information. * Comply with food safety, occupational safety, and hygiene standards. Knowledge * Operation of industrial scales. * Data entry into administrative systems. * Basic/Intermediate Excel. * Inventory control. * Food production processes (desirable).
