You will play a key role in our kitchen, working alongside an outstanding team of chefs at one of the finest resorts on the Riviera Maya—delivering dedication and attention to detail at all times to ensure our guests enjoy an authentic and unique experience. What you’ll do: Actively contribute ideas, opinions, and suggestions to improve menus Ensure all food preparation standards are correctly followed and menus are executed properly. Maintain effective communication within the kitchen and across departments, incorporating guest feedback Effectively lead a brigade of cooks **Requirements** Your experience and skills include: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar leadership position within luxury hotels Proficiency in Microsoft Office Knowledge of audits such as Distintivo H, Preverisk, Ecosure, etc. Awareness of emerging culinary trends Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team.
