Job Summary: Supervises production activities, safety, production parameters, and supports the production supervisor to ensure quality and resolve issues. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring of production activities and a safe environment 2. Supporting the production supervisor to ensure quality 3. Analytical and problem-solving capabilities Monitor that production activities are carried out correctly and in a safe environment; additionally, supervise that production parameters remain under control. Also, act as support for the production supervisor to ensure compliance with quality requirements, demonstrating analytical and problem-solving capabilities. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES -Conduct daily roll call for operational staff. -Assist in assigning staff according to their competencies to meet quality requirements in the area. -Properly and accurately record process parameters and downtime. -Complete quality bulletin boards. -Supervise that production activities are carried out correctly. -Verify that forms for various production phases are completed appropriately. -Monitor corrective actions arising from non-compliance with quality requirements. -Manage attendance records and incident reporting. -Load and unload material boxes and correctly label materials. -Control inventory in the assigned warehouse. -Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education – General High School Diploma 1 year of experience Age: between 24 and 46 years Knowledge: Conflict resolution, Forklift operation, Customer service Keywords: production, produce, fabricacion, manufactoring, elaboracion, making, manufactura, produccion
