**Requirements** * Minimum Education: University degree **Accounts Payable Manager** We are seeking an **Accounts Payable Manager** to ensure the accurate and timely management of payments, expense verifications, and reimbursements, guaranteeing compliance with internal policies, authorization limits, tax regulations, and compliance guidelines. Your objective will be to optimize the group’s financial resources while maintaining control, transparency, and accuracy in expense allocation, ensuring tax deductibility and proper operation of the department. * Manage the Accounts Payable department, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and payment deadlines. * Supervise payment scheduling according to credit terms and conditions agreed upon with suppliers. * Ensure compliance with current tax regulations through review of supporting documentation. * Guarantee correct accounting and budgetary allocation of the group’s expenses. * Monitor incurred and pending-to-be-verified expenses, promoting transparency and internal control. * Supervise that expenses align with the company’s business scope, compliance guidelines, and authorization levels. * Collaborate with Finance and Accounting departments to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial reporting. * Address supplier inquiries and validate payment documentation. * Perform any other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor. **Requirements** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field. **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance, performing accounts payable or expense control functions. **Essential Technical Knowledge:** * Supplier payment scheduling and control. * Invoice, expense, and verification control. * Technical financial terminology. * Intermediate proficiency in **Excel** and **Microsoft Office suite**. * Experience using **SAP** (preferred). * Knowledge of **ISO 9001**, Good Documentation Practices, and tax compliance. **Core Competencies:** Analytical thinking, accountability, results orientation, effective communication, and teamwork. **Personal Qualities:** Professional ethics, commitment, adaptability, attention to detail, and reliability.
