**HOTEL PROFILE – MAINTENANCE MANAGER** **Job Title:** Maintenance Manager **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate all preventive and corrective maintenance activities of the hotel. * Manage electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, HVAC, and plumbing systems. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations. * Coordinate with external contractors for specialized work. * Maintain updated technical records and maintenance reports. * Participate in improvement, renovation, and energy efficiency projects. * Train and supervise the maintenance technical team. * Guarantee compliance with IHG maintenance standards.
