




Lead and supervise daily operations of the front desk and guest service area. Ensure that check-in and check-out processes are carried out efficiently. Guarantee strict compliance with service standards and brand operational policies. Actively participate in brand audits by preparing required documentation, correcting deviations, and implementing improvement plans. Monitor and analyze department KPIs (e.g., GSS - Guest Satisfaction Score, check-in/check-out time, upselling, operational efficiency, response times). Resolve guest issues, always aiming for customer satisfaction. Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations aligned with hotel objectives. Ensure proper management of the PMS system. Implement controls and follow-ups to prevent errors in charges, adjustments, or discrepancies in guest accounts. Properly manage complaints, requests, and follow-ups, as well as document them.
