You will be responsible for modeling and training to ensure all consumers enjoy the best experience through various functions and procedures related to customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations. Promote the omnichannel Levi's® experience by engaging consumers through the Red Tab loyalty program. + Resolve customer concerns according to company policy while considering their satisfaction. Collaborate with store management on important customer matters. + Efficiently manage all cash and merchandise operations, such as processing shipments, preparing orders, markdowns, and replenishment systems, maintaining standards. Perform store procedures in accordance with store policy. + Comply with all policies, procedures, and programs of Levi's® Stores and be able to follow management instructions. The position requires someone who: + Is familiar with fashion and interested in current trends. + Enjoys being busy and multitasking. + Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. + Ability to lift up to 18 kg, as well as stand, walk, kneel, bend, stretch overhead, and climb stairs constantly, with or without reasonable accommodations. + Reliable transportation. + Must be over 18 years old.
