We are looking for a **Carpenter Assistant** to join our on-site construction team. **Core Responsibilities:** * Support in furniture assembly and installation. * Loading and unloading of materials. * Basic use of hand and power tools. * Assistance with cutting, measuring, and assembling. * Cleaning and organizing the work area. * Following instructions from the assigned carpenter. **Important:** This is a **100% operational** role requiring physical labor, on-site availability, and a service-oriented attitude. **Growth Opportunity:** There is potential for development and advancement within the team based on performance, responsibility, and learning in the field.
