**Grupo Panamá Mazatlán** is seeking: ***Sanitization Supervisor (recent graduate).*** **Objective:** To ensure proper cleaning and sanitization of facilities, equipment, utensils, and production areas, guaranteeing compliance with the company's food safety, quality, and occupational safety standards, as well as applicable regulations. **Requirements:** * Food Engineering, Biotechnology Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. **Knowledge:** * GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). * SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures for Sanitization). * Safe handling of chemicals. * Control of cross-contamination. * Basic microbiology. * HACCP systems. * Operation of cleaning equipment. **Skills:** * Verify correct execution of cleaning programs in facilities, process areas, machinery, and work utensils. * Manage inventory of chemicals and cleaning supplies. * Ensure compliance with Safety Data Sheets (SDS). * Conduct pre-operational inspections. * Complete and maintain logbooks. * Identify contamination risks. * Coordinate sanitation staff schedules and activities. * Train personnel on procedures and GMP. **Work Schedule:** * Availability to rotate shifts (morning, afternoon, and night). * Sunday off. **We Offer:** * Salary: $8,000 per fortnight. * Social security. * Paid vacation. * Fonacot loan. * Savings fund. * 20-day year-end bonus. * Employee discount.
