We are seeking talent for our corporate office in Mazatlán: “SYSTEMS DEVELOPER PROGRAMMER” Position Purpose and Mission: Responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining software applications and systems. Requires strong logical and analytical thinking to solve problems, proficiency in various programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript), and adaptability to continuously learn emerging technologies. Requirements and Knowledge: \- Education: Degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or Networking. \- Knowledge:  Programming Languages: Proficiency in languages relevant to the area (Java, Python, C\+\+, JavaScript, etc.).  English: Technical level sufficient to understand documentation. \- Mandatory: Willingness to learn, quick learning ability, teamwork, problem-solving skills, adherence to standards, frustration tolerance, courtesy, and service-oriented attitude. \- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions performing the duties described above. Duties and Responsibilities: \- Web Developer (Frontend/Backend): Builds websites and web applications using technologies such as React or Node.js. \- Software Programmer: Writes code for desktop, enterprise, or mobile applications. \- CNC/Industrial Programmer: Specialized in industrial machinery and automation. \- Development and Architecture: Knowledge of databases, frameworks, web tools (SaaS), and version control systems such as GitHub. \- Testing and Debugging: Ability to test code and correct errors to ensure functionality. \- Problem Solving: Analytical and logical capability to resolve technical challenges. \- Continuous Learning: Adaptability to constantly acquire knowledge of new tools. \- Teamwork and Communication: Collaboration with analysts and other developers. \- Perseverance: Dedication to debugging and project completion. \- Designs, develops, and maintains internal software, including operating systems and networks, optimizing computer performance. Their work ensures hardware-software coordination and is fundamental to technological infrastructure. \- Designs and installs operating systems and device drivers. \- Optimizes equipment and network performance. \- Translates requirements into efficient code instructions. \- Tests and corrects system errors. \- Creates technical documentation.
