Designs must comply with both local regulations and guidelines, as well as follow contour lines and connection points, ensuring the final project is viable. Most work will be conducted in the office, with occasional site visits to resolve questions from contractors or clarify design details. Occasional visits to the municipal office will also be required for project reviews or submission of drawings/projects. **Mandatory Requirements:** \- Graduate in Architecture \- Professional experience in residential subdivision projects or private/public urban development projects \- Experience in preparing preliminary designs or executive projects for subdivisions or urban developments \- Knowledge in overseeing the proper integration of engineering systems—such as potable water, sewage, electricity, etc.—with the architectural project *(It is not necessary to create these types of drawings, but sufficient knowledge is required to ensure their correct integration with the architectural/urban design)* \- *Must currently reside in, or be willing to relocate to, Mazatlán, Sinaloa, where the subdivisions are located and where our offices are based.* **Preferences:** \- Proficient in Revit \- Knowledge or experience in managing procedures and permits Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $5,000.00 per week Benefits: * Salary increases Workplace: On-site
