**REQUIREMENTS:** * Age: 24\-35 years * Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. * Experience: 1 year in the position. DESIRABLE * Office software and Outlook. * Advanced AutoCAD. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Review that the project aligns with the approved budget. * Quantify materials required to carry out the construction work. * Submit material requests. * Develop and ensure the construction schedule meets activities and timelines. * Prepare as-built drawings and project handover documentation. * Create project drawings and modifications. **WE OFFER:** * Salary: Weekly pay plus superior benefits. * Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Days off on Saturdays and Sundays.
