Administration of construction solutions and drawing reviews Consulting firm **PROHIRING** is seeking a **LEAD ARCHITECT** for hotel projects, in an **ON-SITE** capacity on an indefinite basis in Coyoacán, CDMX. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Licensed Architect or Architectural Engineer (with professional license). * 6+ years of experience as a project leader in executive projects ranging from 50,000 to 100,000 m² for hotels, large-scale tourism developments, or mixed-use buildings. * 3+ years of experience using AutoCAD 2D, Corel, Photoshop, 3D Max, Revit Architecture, Navisworks, and Project. * Conversational English is mandatory. * Passport and visa are desirable. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Project development jointly with the client and consultants. * Coordination of meetings and follow-up on meeting minutes. * Administration and direction of construction solutions for specific details, including architectural elements, finishes, masonry, carpentry, etc. * Drawing review to incorporate client-specific specifications and operator design standards. * Development of presentation sheets and material schedules. * Field surveys and documentation of design-related information. * Development and preparation of documents (concept catalogs, material lists, descriptive reports, etc.). * Coordination of MEP and structural projects, façade design, and finishings. * Project tracking via the Revit platform. **OFFERED:** * Negotiable monthly salary of $40,000.00 to $45,000.00 gross. * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM (lunch break from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM); Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
