Recognized globally as an innovator in all aspects of vehicle exteriors, Magna provides everything needed, from materials development and design through manufacturing and assembly, to help automakers create sleek, state\-of\-the\-art vehicles across the world.**Job Responsibilities:** **We are hiring an IT Technician** We seek talent with solid experience in network administration, SQL programming, .NET programming, EDI**,** servers, desktops, laptops, DLTs, SAP, CISCO, switches, and fiber optic equipment. **Purpose of the Position:** Responsible for maintenance, support, development, and commissioning of Windows, SAP, and automated equipment, as well as error-proofing systems. Responsible for supporting and administering the client’s Live Broadcast system, daily backups, network services, telephony, preventive maintenance of computer equipment, and urgent program changes on production lines. **Responsibilities:** * Administer and maintain the plant’s Error-Proofing system and its internal hardware and software infrastructure (Broadcast) * Document operational procedures and techniques * Collaborate in the design of automated system components * Maintain the Net Control and Ethernet network of the error-proofing system * Maintain Plan B for hardware and data * Maintain the error-proofing system’s website * Design websites for various plant departments * Develop new information systems * Maintain backups of data and programs for all error-proofing equipment * Responsible for stopping the production line due to quality, safety, or environmental emergency issues * Understand significant aspects of the work area and one’s functions within the IATF system * Actively participate in Lean Manufacturing activities and training **Required Profile:** **Academic Level:** Technical Degree, TSU **Languages:** English **Gender:** Unrestricted **Years of Experience:** 3 **Awareness, Unity, Empowerment:** ---------------------------------- At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
