The selected candidate will respond to questions and resolve concerns via email and phone calls. The agent will analyze and resolve customer inquiries (related to refunds, subscriptions, cancellation requests, download issues, or order status) and use available tools to respond appropriately and promptly, offering **first\-contact resolution** to maximize customer satisfaction. **Success Criteria** The person is a **team player** and takes pride in helping customers.
