Mission Manage department personnel and review product inventory rotation according to established quality policies in order to supply production and sales areas. Responsibilities * **Coordinate and manage** personnel to fulfill required functions within the area. * **Coordinate** the loading and unloading of units to control product entries and exits. * **Inform** the administrative supervisor about products not available at the plant to replenish warehouse stock. * **Participate** in physical inventories to control product entries and exits. * **Prepare** activity, production, and waste reports generated during each shift. * **Coordinate** freight shipments to other CEDIs to ensure product supply. * **Assign** tasks to unionized and non-unionized personnel, and cover the forklift operator position if necessary. * **Supervise** the preparation of products for pre-sale routes. * **Review and approve** employee time records to ensure proper payment. * **Collaborate** in monthly and annual department inventories.
