We are looking for a person who demonstrates empathy, teamwork skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement. **Education:** Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering. **Requirements / Experience:** * Networking knowledge * **SQL Server database** (stored procedures) * .Net proficiency (desirable) * Android application development (desirable) * Customer service experience and strong verbal communication skills * Information Security (desirable) **Job Responsibilities:** * Respond to customer inquiries * Database maintenance * Perform data backups * Generate reports * Identify areas of opportunity * Occasional travel within Mexico * Support improvement projects **We Offer:** * On-site work from Tuesday to Saturday * Days off: Monday and Sunday * Probationary period: 3 months. During training, working hours will be Monday to Friday.
