Measuring, validating, and inspecting parts and finished products. We are seeking a **Bending Machine Operator** responsible for programming and operating the bending machine according to manufacturing work orders and blueprints, ensuring compliance with specifications, quality, and safety. **Main Responsibilities** * Process material according to manufacturing work orders and customer requirements. * Program the bending machine (angles, dimensions, and bending sequence) based on technical drawings. * Verify the installed program and conduct trial runs prior to production. * Measure and validate parts using calipers and tape measures. * Inspect raw material and finished products (dents, deformations, scratches, burrs). * Complete checklists, manufacturing orders, production reports, and quality sheets. * Report machine failures or process deviations to the supervisor. * Maintain machine, tools, and tooling in an orderly, clean, and proper condition. * Handle and dispose of SCRAP material. * Comply with safety regulations and proper use of PPE. * Support general production area activities. **Requirements** * Minimum education: Junior high school. * Experience as a bending machine / press brake operator (preferred). * Basic ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. * Knowledge of measuring instruments. * Attention to detail and focus on quality.
