




Position Summary: We are seeking a trainer for the telecommunications sector, responsible for identifying training needs, designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs. Key Highlights: 1. Design and delivery of in-person and virtual courses. 2. Collaboration with technical departments to align training content. 3. Support for continuous improvement in training and development. **TRAINER IN THE TELECOMMUNICATIONS AREA** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field. * Experience in a similar position. * Knowledge of technical processes in the telecommunications sector. * Facilitation skills, group management, and instructional design capabilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and goal-oriented work approach. **Responsibilities:** * Identify training needs through diagnostics and performance evaluations. * Deliver in-person and virtual courses to new employees. * Administer and analyze knowledge assessments, satisfaction surveys, and training effectiveness evaluations. * Conduct onboarding for new staff. * Maintain up-to-date training records and reports for internal and external audits. * Collaborate with operational and technical departments to ensure training content aligns with current processes. * Support continuous improvement initiatives in training and development. * And others.
