IRV SOLUCIONES, a leading company in **elevator and escalator maintenance, modernization, and refurbishment**, is seeking to incorporate an **Operations Coordinator** into its team, who will be responsible for the proper execution, control, and monitoring of technical and operational activities. **Location** Colonia del Valle Norte, Benito Juárez Borough, Mexico City **Job Responsibilities** * Schedule and monitor maintenance and technical service calendars. * Supervise and coordinate field technical staff. * Review, validate, and analyze maintenance, repair, and special work reports. * Manage tools, spare parts, and personal protective equipment. * Maintain constant communication with clients, operational staff, and administrative departments. * Address operational incidents and resolve technical and commercial issues. * Ensure compliance with processes, quality standards, and safety requirements. **Required Profile** * Completed Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in **Electricity, Electromechanics, Mechanics, or related fields**. * **Minimum 3 years of experience** in the elevator and escalator industry. * Technical knowledge of equipment operation, maintenance, and management. * **Intermediate English proficiency**. * Experience in preparing and analyzing technical and operational reports. * Excellent writing skills, spelling, and organizational ability. * Leadership, monitoring, and decision-making skills. **We Offer** * **Gross monthly salary of $24,000 to $27,000**, depending on experience. * Transportation allowance. * Attendance bonus. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Direct hiring and job stability. * Professional development opportunities.
