This position will be responsible for developing commercial strategies, driving sales growth, and ensuring achievement of the company’s established objectives. The ideal candidate must possess leadership, negotiation, and strategic vision skills to identify business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships. **Main Responsibilities** * Design and implement commercial strategies to achieve sales targets. * Create/Manage customer portfolio. * Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team. * Set commercial goals and monitor team performance. * Identify new business opportunities and market expansion opportunities. * Maintain and strengthen relationships with key customers. * Analyze sales metrics and generate performance reports. * Collaborate with other departments to optimize commercial processes. * Lead Commercial and Marketing operations. * Expand market penetration and reach. * Reengineer the Sales and Marketing department. * Enhance brand image. * Achieve the business plan. * Manage resources and travel budget. **Requirements** * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales or commercial management. * Experience leading sales teams. * Strong negotiation and sales closing skills. * Analytical ability and results orientation. * Excellent communication and leadership skills.
