Prior academic, project, or internship exposure is an advantage but not mandatory. **Responsibilities** Support daily activities and assigned tasks under supervision. Assist with documentation, coordination, data handling, and routine activities as required. Participate in learning standard processes, safety practices, and quality requirements. Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting. **Leadership Capabilities (People Leader) "M" Career Stream** NA **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Software Development, or related program. * 40–50% proficiency in reading technical English. * Basic knowledge of Linux and/or Python (coursework or school projects preferred). * Basic familiarity with networking or telecommunications concepts (Switches, Routers, protocols). * University-level programming knowledge. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). * Willingness to learn about manufacturing and functional testing processes. **Job Objectives:** * Learn how to handle, analyze, and interpret logs from functional test equipment (FVT, Stress, EOL). * Provide basic support for monitoring performance metrics of functional test stations (yields, fails, retests). * Learn and use maintenance control, documentation, and infrastructure systems related to Test Engineering. * Develop a basic understanding of BOMs, Test Plans, and technical documentation to support validation activities. * Learn the daily sustaining process for production lines focused on telecommunications and NPI. * Support NPI build readiness activities under supervision of the Senior team. * Develop skills in analyzing, documenting, and reporting simple failures at functional test stations.
