A Fortune 154 company with 21,500 employees worldwide, Arrow brings technology solutions to a breadth of markets, including telecommunications, information systems, transportation, medical, industrial, and consumer electronics. **What You Will Be Doing:** * Responsible forfacilitating the product return and replacement process. * Provide support to the department, RMA Production Control and Vendor Returns through RMA research, administrative tasks, and process improvements. * Respond to and process RMA requests, including issuing credit to customers. * Investigatecustomer RMA requests through WMS transaction history, Unity/CORS/DMS order history, inventory adjustments, special handling requirements, quality alerts, review of QOIs, datasheets and other documentations. * Interface with multiplewarehouses, sales, asset, and suppliers for issue resolution. * Manage internal and external communications that come throughtheemail,chat and phone. * Document all return transactions accurately in the system. * Obtain RMA approval from the supplier bysubmitting return requests through email or supplier portal, ensuring all required documentation is included. * Initiate return shipment to the supplier upon RMA approval, track delivery, and follow up to obtain the failure analysis report and final disposition of the returned material. **What We Are Looking For:** * Typically requires2 years of relevant system experience with Oracle EBS, Sales Workbench, and ETQ within Arrow Electronics. * 3 years of relevant experience using and navigating Arrow’s WMS system. * Knowledge of MS Office – Excel, Word, Outlook. * Effective written and verbalcommunication skills across multiple departments (shipping, sales, asset, etc.). * Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English. * Experience performing detail\-oriented tasks within a warehouse environment. * Troubleshooting skills, adaptability, competent multitasker. * Flexible with schedule. * Excellent attendance. * Eligible applicants mustsubmit a resume. **What’s In It For You:** At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
