This position ensures that products are manufactured in compliance with established quality, hygiene, and safety standards, contributing to the proper operation of the workshop and the delivery of high-quality finished products. **Responsibilities**: * Prepare breaded, marinated, cured, and specialty cuts of steak. * Ensure production is carried out according to specifications and scheduled timelines. **Packaging and Packing**: * Vacuum-pack meat products to guarantee product quality and shelf life. * Label packaged products, ensuring information is clear and accurately recorded (manufacturing date, expiration date, product type). **Inventory Management**: * Conduct inventory of raw materials (meat, ingredients, packaging) and finished goods. * Monitor and record stock levels, reporting any replenishment needs. **Compliance with Hygiene and Safety Standards**: * Maintain a clean and orderly work environment, complying with food hygiene and safety regulations. * Use equipment and tools correctly, ensuring their maintenance and proper care. **Support in Other Production Areas**: * Assist in preparing other products as needed. * Collaborate with other team members to ensure production process efficiency. **Requirements**: * Prior experience in food production, preferably in the meat industry (not mandatory). * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. * Commitment to quality and good manufacturing practices. * Good physical condition and willingness to perform manual tasks. **We Offer**: * Competitive salary. * Opportunity for development and growth within the company. * A dynamic and collaborative work environment.
