With a focus on operational discipline and continuous improvement, we deliver reliable solutions aligned with our customers’ technical requirements. **Fuel your passion** As a High-Pressure Unit Operator Assistant, you will directly support field cementing operations. This role is essential to ensure equipment, tools, and materials are properly prepared and activities are conducted safely and efficiently. You will work closely with the operator and crew, contributing to compliance with Baker Hughes’ operational, HSE, and service quality standards. **Key Responsibilities** Support execution of land and offshore well cementing operations, including casing, liner, plug, squeeze, and tie-back cementing. Assist in preparation, assembly, and operation of cementing equipment and high-pressure units under the operator’s supervision. Participate in pre-job planning and preparation of equipment, tools, and materials before departure to site and upon arrival. Support mobilization and demobilization of cementing equipment, tools, and supplies. Collaborate with the crew to develop operational and technical skills in the field. Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper custody of assigned equipment and tools. Assist in preparing work reports, equipment checklists, and required operational documentation. Maintain effective communication with the operator, crew, support staff, and follow on-site operational instructions. Demonstrate availability, commitment, and accountability for assigned duties. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and exchange of operational best practices. Strictly comply with Baker Hughes’ and customer’s service quality, health, safety, and environmental standards. **Requirements for Success** Bachelor’s degree, TSU, or equivalent technical training. Minimum 2 years of verifiable field experience in land and offshore well cementing operations. Experience supporting primary and/or remedial cementing jobs. Verifiable documentation of the required experience. Ability to work in a team, follow procedures, and maintain a proactive attitude in the field. Strong commitment to HSE, operational safety, and service quality. **Desired** Interest in developing an operational career within Pressure Pumping. Prior experience as a helper, assistant, or junior operator in cementing.
